Orders & delivery
Delivery times depend on your pincode and are shown at checkout. They are estimates; we will keep you updated if anything changes.
Shipping is free on orders above ₹499. For smaller orders, any delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
We send order updates as your order moves. You can also see your orders in the PIAX app, or contact us with your order number and we will check for you.
Yes. Every PIAX order is packed in plain, discreet packaging.
You can cancel free of charge before your order is shipped. Once it has shipped, contact us if there is a problem when it arrives.
Payments
Payments go through Razorpay’s secure checkout, which shows the options available to you, such as UPI, cards and net banking.
Yes. Your payment details are entered on Razorpay’s secure checkout; PIAX never sees or stores your card number.
Returns & refunds
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept opened or used packs. If something arrived damaged, wrong or incomplete, report it and we will put it right.
Tell us within 7 days with your order number and a photo of the pack and outer packaging. Once approved, we send a replacement or a refund.
Once a refund is approved it goes back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few working days to show it.
Products & sizing
Pick by flow and time of day: VERA (240mm) for lighter days, LUMA (290mm) for regular days, NOCTE (330mm) for heavier days and nights, and SEREN (360mm) for overnight. Our Find My Pad quiz can recommend one for you.
Yes. PIAX NOCTE (330mm) and PIAX SEREN (360mm) are our longer pads, made for heavier days and nights. Many people keep a shorter size for the day and a longer one for night.
One box of 15 pads in any mix of the four PIAX sizes, so you can keep shorter pads for lighter days and longer ones for heavier days and nights.
Change every 4–6 hours, even on lighter days, and sooner on heavier days or if it feels damp.
PIAX pads have a soft top sheet and a comfort focused design. Everyone’s skin is different, so if you notice irritation, stop using the pad and speak to a doctor.
Sustainability matters to us, and we will only make environmental claims once they are properly tested and certified. Please wrap used pads and put them in a waste bin; never flush them.
Periods & health
Yes, mild to moderate cramps are common during periods. They usually happen due to uterine contractions. If the pain is severe or affects your daily life, it’s best to consult a healthcare professional.
Stress, sleep, diet, exercise, travel and hormonal changes can all shift your cycle. Occasional changes are normal; if it stays irregular for three months or more, talk to a doctor.
PIAX app & buying
Download the PIAX app, log your last period and symptoms, and get cycle predictions, reminders and personalised insights.
Shop on the PIAX website and in the PIAX app. The app can also show nearby partner stores that stock PIAX.
Returns & refunds
Something not right? We’ll fix it.
For hygiene reasons we can’t take back opened packs. But if your order arrived damaged, wrong or incomplete, we’ll replace it or refund you.
