    Peel off the backing and place the pad on your underwear.

    Position the pad centrally and adjust for comfort.

    Fold the wings around the sides of your underwear and secure.

  4. 4

    Wrap the used pad appropriately.

  5. 5

    Dispose of it in a waste bin. Do not flush.

Changing your pad

  • Change every 4–6 hours, even on lighter days.
  • Change sooner on heavier days or if it feels damp.
  • A longer pad at night gives more back coverage.
